While the world is going gaga over wellness shots, let's try and decode what they actually are. If your favourite words from the dictionary are healthy, cleanse, detoxify, natural or anything similar, you definately need to hear about Wellness Shots.

Wellness Shots are basically concentrated drinks made of ingredients that have natural benefitial properties such eg. Apple Cider Vinergar, Ginger, Turmeric, Green Vegetables, Beetroot, etc. They provide a boost of immunity and nutrition on the go. Packed with health benefits they serve as amazing cleansers to the body and now more than ever because of the virus that has been around, it can prove to be an easy and natural way of keeping your health uptight.

Now the real question is do they actually work?

Personally we're skeptical about the big claims that have been made all around the world about wellness shots. Practically speaking do not mistake these as magic portions. They sure are beneficial for you when you already have healthy eating habits and a clean lifestyle but over emphasising on their abilities and depending on them heavily wouldn't be as wise.

Finally, after searching up the entire web we were able to come up with the top three easiest Wellness Shot Recipies that even a 5 year old will be able to pull off. Just throw the ingredients inside a blender and let them mix. Here they are -
